Principal's Message
Dear Parents and Guardians,
I hope this message finds you well! I am thrilled to announce that we are celebrating Read Across America Week here at Van Wert! This annual event is a wonderful opportunity for us to come together as a community to celebrate the joy of reading and the importance of literacy in our children's lives.
Throughout this week, our students will be participating in a variety of fun and educational activities centered around reading. From book-themed dress-up days to reading challenges and book swaps, there will be something for every student to enjoy and engage with.
As parents, your support in encouraging your child's love for reading is invaluable. I encourage you to take this opportunity to read with your child, explore new books together, and foster a lifelong love of learning through the magic of storytelling.
I also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our teachers and staff who have worked tirelessly to organize a week full of exciting activities for our students. Their passion for education and commitment to our children's success is truly inspiring.
Together, let us make this Read Across America Week a memorable and enriching experience for our students. Thank you for your ongoing support and partnership in your child's education.
Happy reading!
Warm regards,
Will Zwingmann, Ed.S.
Principal
