General Scheduling Information

  • Schedules will be emailed - take a screenshot or save to your phone. You can also view them in JMC.
  • High school runs a 6 day cycle. Monday, August 24th is Day 1. Mrs. Tribby sends daily announcements and they are posted to the school website as well. This tells you the day of the cycle if you forget!
  • All 9th/10th should have something scheduled each period of the day.
  • All students should have PE or PE exempt on their schedule.
  • If you exempted but didn't go out for your sport, email Mrs. Brechwald ASAP to get in a PE class or you will make it up.
  • A class that shows up as period "0" is online. Your teacher will contact you on how to access that. Contact the teacher if you have questions.
  • All 9th/10th have an 8th period study hall. Students can work on homework or get assistance from teachers.

Other Information

  • All students enter through the high school main doors - students can enter beginning at 7:45.
  • Students must wear masks. The students will be given 2 masks as they enter Monday or they can wear their own. Students are responsible for their own masks.
  • Temperatures will be taken at the door.
  • If students wish to eat breakfast at school they go in and get their breakfast and then eat in their 1st period classroom. Teachers rooms are open at 7:45. Students should report to 1st period as soon as they get in the building.
  • Lunch will either be eaten in the students 5th period class or the student may leave the building to eat. Students will be given a lunch scan card on the first day. Please take a picture of that, as the picture can be used to scan for lunch in case the student forgets their card.
  • If students are sick or going to be gone for any reason, contact Mrs. Tribby, Attendance Secretary, at 712-362-2659.
  • Water fountains will not be used - students may use the water filling stations so bring a water bottle.
  • Most of the High School is not air conditioned - dress accordingly as it can get warm!
  • Students will not have lockers this year, please plan to carry all your items in your backpack.
