A Message From Your Principal
Greetings, Eames Way Families!
What a science-y week we had! Monday was a very special day as we made memories with our students learning about the solar eclipse on Monday! Doing the math, students had fun calculating how old they would all be the NEXT time we see a solar eclipse from Marshfield!
On Tuesday, our fourth graders became engineers as they designed and tested Rube Goldberg machines using common household items. It was really fun to watch students collaborate on and refine their designs. Students were so proud once their machines were completed and accomplished the goal of "ringing the bell" or landing in a precise location!
Lastly, our fifth graders did a superb job at the Fifth Grade Science Fair on Thursday! Their demonstrations and presentations displayed an abundance of knowledge and answered some very important questions! (See images below) Thank you to our student scientists and the fifth grade teachers for coordinating such a great showcase of learning and for inspiring our younger students to learn more about different science topics!
To all of our families and students: We hope you have a safe, happy, and joyful April Break! See you after next week!
With Best Wishes,
Ms. Bishop, Principal
