Dear Palmer River School Community,

Welcome back from spring break! This week, we had giant floor maps of North America and Massachusetts visit our school from the Center for the Advancement of Stem Education (CASE) at Bridgewater State University. Special thanks to Mrs. Hall who organized this enriching and fun activity for our entire school!

Next week, parent placement surveys will be sent out via email. This is an opportunity for parents and guardians to offer insights about their child/children to school staff as we begin to plan for class placements for the upcoming school year.

• Spot the Robotic Dog visits PRES: Monday, April 29th
• Spring Craft Fair: Saturday, May 4th from 10:00am-2:00pm
• National Teacher Appreciation Week: May 6th to May 10th
• PTSA Rock Painting Event: Saturday, May 11th from 9:30am to 12:00pm

These students received an award this week for displaying last month's character trait, independence. We are so proud of them for trying to do things independently, even when it may be challenging. Way to go!
