HIVE Society
November 2nd Edition
From the Principal's Desk
Autumn is nearly over and the students are in full swing with their learning. I have noticed a shift of most students wanting to meet expectations. I proud of the HIVE staff; they go the extra mile and help our youth work toward their goals. Education has many challenges; at the HIVE, we accept!
November has been a busy month. Our Junior students attended a field trip, "Feed My Starving Children". This experience gave our youth the opportunity to give back to those needier than ourselves. We live in a difficult age where it's difficult to look past our own difficulties to see that we can overcome; provided an experience to help others can help us grow as humans in a positive direction. The students were so impacted they approached myself and Mrs. Hernandez wanting to do more. Mrs. Hernandez met with a few students and they are participating in an event at our local animal shelter on November 21st. I'm so proud of the active volunteer initiatives our youth are embracing. Keep encouraging your child to be the best human they can be.
Remember, communication is key. My door is always open.
Peace,
Van 😊✌
