Dr. Robert Kibuuka is a highly respected authority in the field of global health security. He is widely recognized for his expertise in One Health and pandemic preparedness, which have played a crucial role in shaping public health policies across different regions of the world. Dr. Kibuuka's academic achievements and unwavering commitment to his work have been instrumental in advancing the field of public health on a global scale.

Currently, Dr. Kibuuka serves as the Principal Science Officer Overseeing Biosafety and Biosecurity in the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation in Uganda, where he spearheaded efforts to safeguard public health.
