Athletic Eligibility Notification Updates: We will begin posting athletic eligibility in Skyward Family Access to notify students and parents of academic eligibility. We will plan to post it for F's only from now on. We used to send notification for D's as well; however, with this shift we will only notify those who have a failing grade and are academically ineligible for the next week. A reminder that weekly eligibility runs from Sunday to Sunday.

High School Students participating in the Solar Eclipse viewing will need to turn in their signed waiver to the high school office. If there is not a waiver on file, they cannot go outside and view the eclipse.

Art Club Members

If you are wanting to help set up for the New Berlin Art Fair later this month, you will need to have your $10 Membership Fee turned into Mr. M by Friday April 12.

Sophomore Class

Dues are due by Thursday April 4th. Be sure to get them paid or you will not be able to attend Prom and Senior Trip when the time comes!

Senior Class

Be sure to complete and turn in your exemption waiver to the high school office for your College Day/Job Shadow/etc. on Wednesday!

FAFSA Completion is a graduation requirement. Be sure to get your FAFSA completed or sign off on the waiver.

The Junior Class officers put together a Prom Spirit Week this week to kick-off Prom Week!

Juniors and Seniors: Starting Monday you can purchase your prom tickets from Mr. M for $15/ticket. Each ticket admits 1 person, so if you are bringing someone you will need to purchase 2! Tickets can be purchased with cash or a check made out to NBHS Class of 2025. Also, if you are bringing someone who is not a current New Berlin Junior/Senior, or if they are an underclassman, they will need to get a guest form, which you can find in your email from Mr. M. Guest forms are due April 5th.

Here are some highlights from activities over Spring Break!

If you have ordered a 22.23; 21.22; and/or a 20.21 NBHS Yearbook, they are available for pick-up M-F 8am-4pm in the high school office.

We are at the Quarter 3 Mid-Term! If your student is struggling, here are some opportunities we offer for help:

• 8th Hour Advisory Tutoring – Our National Honor Society students offer peer tutoring from during Advisory. Please contact your child's teacher, Mr. Viola, or me and we will get them signed up for tutoring!

• After School Support –There is a staff member available to help your child from 3:30-4:30 on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with homework. Please contact me if you want your child to take advantage of this support.

• HW/Lunch Detention – Students that are missing several assignments or major projects may be assigned to a homework lunch detention until they have all missing work completed and are passing all of their classes.

• High School HW Advisory Academic Support– High school students may be assigned to a homework advisory detention until they have all missing work completed and are passing all of their classes.
