Dear Canton ISD Families,
On Monday, April 8th we will have the unique opportunity to experience a total solar eclipse. With enough minutes built into our calendar, we will be able to use these additional minutes for a day off on the 8th. We still have additional minutes in our calendar in the event we need to take another day due to bad weather.
We hope our families are able to take advantage of this opportunity to experience this event with their children. Canton ISD will provide glasses for each of our students to take home with them prior to the event.
