There are 3 exciting things happening this coming Sunday.
First, we are worshipping our Risen King Jesus! There is nothing more important, no one more valuable than Him. I know that attending worship week after week, month after month, year after year can seem monotonous - but we are doing a great work week by week. As we commit ourselves to worship our King and honor His Word, He is changing us into the image of Christ. Be here Sunday for more of that!
Second, we will hear from our prospective Youth Minister! He will share with us during the service and then we will vote on him after the service. I am grateful for the work of our Search Committee and excited to see how God uses a new Youth Minister to answer our prayers for a vibrant and growing Youth Ministry.
Third, we are having a Church-wide Fellowship Lunch after the service along with our annual Dessert Auction to support Children’s Camp! Stay after church for food, fellowship, and the fun of bidding against each other for delicious treats to take home. Make and bring a dessert to be auctioned off. I’m bringing molasses cookies.
