Current Bids

The Southeast Texas Purchasing Cooperative administered by Region 5 Education Service Center uses Bonfire, an online procurement software, to help us keep track of your information and maintain better communication with you.

Southeast Texas Purchasing Cooperative (SETX PC) bids are processed and stored electronically through Bonfire. To view our current bid opportunities you must first set up your account. This will only take a few minutes. Please note you are not required to sign up for a Premium Vendor account to respond to our bids, the free Standard Vendor account is sufficient.

Open bid opportunities listed in Bonfire will indicate the bid status, reference number, project name, close date, and days left for bid submission. Vendors are invited to bid on as many categories as they would like during each bid month for one service fee. Occasionally more than one bid month will appear in Bonfire simultaneously. You can reference the close date to know which bid categories are grouped under the same bid month. Additionally, you could refer to our bid schedule to see the month bids are released.
