Students will participate in a fun variation of games, tournaments, lessons, and special matches, all while improving their creative problem solving and analytical skills! Each class begins by dividing the students into groups based on level of experience and ends with an exciting awards ceremony. While informative, these sessions are not hyper-competitive and the emphasis is always on the enjoyment and love for the game.

The class is designed for those who have taken at least one session of the beginner violin class at NCA in the past. Students will continue to learn songs from the Suzuki book 1 and aim higher to learn more advanced and challenging music in the violin repertoire. There will be some supplemental pieces and the music will be provided.

Homemade gifts have such a special meaning for the person who receives them. Students will be working on a variety of amazing gifts like:blanket/pillow, scarf, and nail art to name a few! Students will also have the opportunity to wrap their gifts for Christmas! This is a great opportunity for your child to use their skills and creativity to bless others. Please join Mrs. Alves for a special time of gift making and fun!

Join Mrs. Kari Carter for some fun in the kitchen while baking delicious cookies for Thanksgiving and Christmas! Mrs. Carter is here to teach your child how to bake all kinds of delicious and amazing cookies! Students will learn kitchen safety, measuring, sorting, reading recipes and other basic baking techniques. Students will mix the dough from scratch and learn how to portion it onto the baking sheets. Each child will take home a bag full of cookies to share with the family! (If they make it that far!) This class fills up quickly!

The School of Arts and Enrichment offers Private Music Lessons taught by trained musicians that are committed to a Christ-centered teaching environment. All lessons take place at NCA before or after school. Availability of lessons is determined by each music teacher. Please open attachment for more details. NCA's School of Arts and Enrichment (NSAE) was created to provide a wide variety of exciting and educational after school enrichment classes for K-8th grade students.

• We offer Group Music Classes. Each session is 8-10 weeks long and meets once a week for one hour. This year we are offering Violin, piano, vocal and ukulele classes.
  
• We are thrilled to partner with Foreign Language for Youth (FLY) to offer mandarin, french and Spanish after school classes. Registration has begun for the school year. Classes meet from October to May once a week for a one hour class. Registrations are due September 1st. https://www.iclassprov2.com/parentportal/nca
  
• We offer a variety of other enrichment classes throughout the year. Some of the classes offered are: Jr. Robotics, Jr. Engineering and building, drama, baking, chess, art, sports and much more!
• Classes are 3:30-4:30pm and held at NCA. We escort your child to their designated class so you do not need to be here to get them to class! Students have the option of joining extended care after their class if you cannot pick them up at 4:30pm!
• Registration: You may view and sign up for After School Classes via iclass Pro, a customer friendly online portal. Pay securely online and stay up to date on all information regarding NSAE classes. • Classes begin the end of September and the Foreign Language for Youth classes begin Mid-October.
