Retaining your eligibility- if you had above a 70 in ALL of your classes at the last report card, you are currently eligible for the Area 12 CDE contests. If you had below a 70 in any class at report cards, you must be passing ALL classes by progress reports. This means you have to have all of your work turned in and be passing before you leave for Spring Break. Progress Reports run right after break. Eligibility will be regained on 3/26 if you meet the above criteria.
The next grading period ends on 4/12 which will determine eligibility for state contests
Be at all contests
Maintain good behavior on trips
SDEs!
It's not too late to sign up for speaking! Please let Ms. Escamilla or Mrs. Tidwell know you are interested and all rough drafts are due no later than 3/19- right after you get back from Spring Break, the earlier the better. The sooner we get a final draft, the sooner we can work on presentation!
