ECLIPSE VIEWING INFORMATION
Northwest Safety Precautions
As many of you are aware, a solar eclipse will be happening on Monday, April 8.This is an exciting opportunity for our students. However, in order to ensure their safety during this event, we are going to implement safety precautions at Northwest.
On the day of the eclipse, we will have indoor recess, and some teachers will taking classes outside in controlled groups to safely view the eclipse using certified eclipse glasses. Please contact your child's teacher if you have questions about whether or not they will be viewing.
If you choose to take your child to view the eclipse independently, please check them out in the front office. Please contact Mrs. Price if you have any questions or concerns.
Thank you!

Eating Lunch with Students
Eating Lunch with Students
5 parents/guardians a day to come in and eat with their children. Anyone who enters the building is required to present an ID to run through our RAPTOR system. If you would like to come and eat with your child any of these days, please click the link below to schedule your day and time. We look forward to seeing you! Please note that parents should only go to the cafeteria and not the classrooms. Thank you for understanding.
Please be aware that we will not be able to pull students from instruction to eat at a different lunch time. You might need to schedule multiple days if you are trying to eat with each child. Feel free to call the office if you have any questions. If you are a Watch D.O.G. scheduled for the day or a staff member at Northwest, you do not need to fill out the form below.
