As we near the end of the current school year, please take a moment to complete the online Annual Update for your child(ren). We know this request is being made earlier than normal, however, your timely response assists us in planning, staffing, and scheduling for fall.

If you know your child plans to return to the Rolla School District for the 2024-25 school year, please log in to your Parent Portal account, click on “More” in the menu, select “Online Registration”, then “Start” next to the year 2025. See the attached graphic for visual guidance. This process can now be completed on your computer or mobile device.

You will need your Parent Portal login information to complete the Annual Update process for your child(ren). If you have questions about your portal account, please email portal@rolla31.org and our team will assist you. Please allow 24 hours for a response.

Free and reduced lunch applications for the upcoming school year will be available on our website in July.

Reminder: For the safety of our students and in accordance with school policy: Students can NOT carry their own medications! Medications must be brought to the nurse by a parent/guardian. Please contact the nurse's office for any questions. Thank you!

the car circle. NOT THE TRACK! This could result in a

**WATER BOTTLES ARE ONLY TO BE USED FOR WATER!! NO COFFEE, JUICE, SODA..

THERE HAVE BEEN TOO MANY SPILLS IN THE HALLS AND CLASSROOMS.

**STUDENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO WEAR HATS TO SCHOOL..
THIS INCLUDES SPIRIT DAYS! UNLESS IT IS HAT DAY!!**

**STUDENTS WEARING SMART WATCHES MUST HAVE THEM TURNED OFF DURING THE SCHOOL DAY/ONLY DISPLAYING DATE AND TIME.

Notes are now faxed by the doctor's office to the fax number below...

Beginning in September, the cafeteria department will send reminders to families regarding low and negative balances. RHS, RJH, and RMS will send daily emails and the elementary schools will send paper letters home in Friday folders. Students with a negative balance equal to the cost of two lunches will be served an alternative tray. Please ensure your child's cafeteria account is up-to-date.

It will be imperative that families who may qualify for free or reduced meals fill out the forms to be eligible for services next year. Fill out the application below.
