CRES Parent Update 3-8-24

Dear CRES Families,

We have a few Cubs Night Out Evenings coming up! Please consider getting a delicious meal and supporting our PTA and our school!

• March 12: Cub's Night Out at Texas Roadhouse
• April 17 Cub's Night Out at Vito's

Next week prek and kindergarten registration starts! Please share this with others in our community! It is very important we get kindergarten students to register early; it helps us with numbers for teachers and classrooms for next year!

Also happening next week is the annual front door bus evacuation drills. Our buses next week will practice supervised front door bus evacuation drills as required by law. Mr. De La Garza will be leading these drills.

Mobile Dentist forms went home last week! The dentist will be at Cub Run on March 20, 21 and 22nd. Please return forms by March 1st. Here is a link to sign up as well: www.MySchoolDentist.com

As you are aware, CRES is on a six day rotation for our specials classes. Each week we will share the upcoming days of the rotation with parents. Here are the rotations for the next two weeks:

Your child's teacher will share with you the specific 6 day specials rotation for their class (which day is art, music, PE, library, and technology).

Camp Cost is 100.00 for Rising 4th - 12th 75.00 for Youth Camp

This year we will only take 150 kids so the first 150 signed up gain a spot.

Daily Schedule: Arrive between 8:30 and 9:00 camp will run 9:00 - 3:00 Monday through Thursday

4th - 12th Youth Camp years old - 3rd 9:00 - 12:00

There will be a Camp Concession Stand with Meals Daily

Grade Levels: Ages 5 through 12th grade

Co-Ed 5 years old to 5th grade Girls only 6th - 12th
