Dear Vista Families,
Vista students worked hard on creating their books for YAC (Young Author's Conference). It was a great event as both primary and upper grade students read their books to each other. See the event photos below.
I would also like to personally invite you to Vista's Parent Workshop led by our own Ms. Flowers on Mindful Parenting. Within this workshop, she will address emotional intelligence and how to build resiliency with your child. All are invited! Please see the flier below for more information.
Our Walk -a -thon fundraising event will take place on March 29th. I am looking forward to becoming a giant sundae as an incentive for students who raise just $20.00 for the event. The more participants we have at the $20.00 mark, the messier I get! You can also purchase a Juice it Up drink for your child to enjoy after the walk-a-thon. Please see the details beneath my message.
Just a reminder that Spring pictures will take place on March 13th. Parents requesting school photos, will have the opportunity to purchase. See the attached flier.
