SMA Reminders
- Classes begin at 7:40. Students arriving after 7:40 must be accompanied by an adult and checked in at the office as a tardy. Parents have 3 days upon the date of return to get excuses turned in. Only doctor's notes are excused absences. Students are still responsible for making up any missed work. Maximum unexcused absences including early checkouts and tardies is 13 for the year.
- Cell phones (and electronics) are not allowed on campus, but if they are off and stored in your locker this should not be an issue. The bus is an extension of the school so the same rules apply.
- Mondays are reserved for spirit wear...Beta pullovers, athletic pullovers can only be worn on Mondays, or club meeting days or game days.
- Participating in each 9 weeks PBIS will require no referrals. Please be on your best behavior so that you can enjoy this day!
- Hoods on jackets, sweatshirts & shirts are not allowed. Hooded coats are allowed on announced inclement weather days.
- Leggings can only be worn under skirts, dresses, or shorts.
- Shorts/skirts should be knee length.
- On free dress days when jeans with rips are worn, skin must not show.
- Seniors leaving early must sign out by the office lobby and exit the main school entrance only.
- Middle school/high school students should take care of restroom needs during transitions and lunch break to preserve educational time in class.
- Only clear water bottles allowed containing water. Liquids other than water make a mess when spilled in class/on buses. Stanley cups are not allowed.
- Please ensure that you have your notifications set on the pcpsb app to get notifications especially inclement weather days.
- Students at every grade level should read nightly for Read N Quiz points!
