Please join Centerburg Elementary School in celebrating National School Breakfast Week, March 4-8. Encourage your students to participate in this year’s “Surf’s Up with School Breakfast” theme days all week long. Students can get stoked about school breakfast with the fun activities below

Spring Pictures and Yearbook Sale is going on now. March 19th is Spring Picture Day, order forms were sent home. If you want to order a yearbook you have to order online. See picture for info.

Reminder that school will be closed on April 8th for the Solar Eclipse

The PTO brought the Super U! Challenge to visit on Jan 26th. They had fun activities for the students to do while talking about the Trojan Way character traits.

Tips for a Smoother Morning

1. Prepare items the night before. Have your child pick out their clothing, check that their backpack is located in the designated area with books and homework inside, and pack lunches.
2. Give yourself and your child plenty of time in the morning.
3. Follow a routine. A picture schedule may work great for some children.

*Pack Up

We're all 100 days smarter as we hit the 100th day of school!

We had a group of MVNU nursing students in the Elementary on Feb.1st to present 4 topics (hand washing, physical activity, nutrition and hygiene) to all the students in the building. MVNU's nursing department has been increasing its community connections and partnered with us this year! The students enjoyed learning from the nursing students.
