As is the end of every school year, May looks to be a busy month. Check out all that we have going on in the calendar below, there are several opportunities for parents/ guardians to join in our fun!

We will be celebrating Teacher Appreciation Week May 6-10th. We invite all students and families to make a card or drop a few words of appreciation to our teachers during this week.

Do you know of any Savannah families that may be interested in sending their students to Helena next year? We would love to welcome new families! In-District Transfer information can be found on the Savannah website: https://www.savannahr3.com/page/in-district-transfers

Reminder that transfer requests must be filled out every year for those already attending Helena as a transfer.

Please remember that if you plan to volunteer on Field Day or go on any field trips, you must complete a background check. Please verify with the school office in advance of these events that we have received your information. Since the background checks are good for several years, summer may provide the opportunity to get this done in preparation for next year. Club information can be found on the SR3 app (select Helena) and Helena website under Events.

Download the Boxtops app and simply snap a picture of your grocery receipt! The app will scan the receipt and identify any items on which our school earns points, which are automatically sent in via the app.

Online grocery shopper? Even easier!! You can link your email address via the app, then when you receive your digital receipt just forward it to receipts@boxtops4education.com. It's that easy!!
