All Madison City School offices will be closed March 11th-15th for Spring Break.

• Join S2S for a St. Patrick’s Day-themed fundraiser supporting military children at Fort Hood! These resilient kids deserve our help, and together, we can make a meaningful difference in their lives. Donate new or gently used books for kids of all ages. Can’t donate books? No worries! Give monetary donations of $5 or more to buy books. Your kindness will help build their home libraries and ignite a passion for reading. As a thank you, enjoy Saint Patrick’s Day treats when you donate!

SAVE THE DATE- April 6, 2024, 8-11pm

• The last day to purchase tickets will be March 29th!
• There will be TWO opportunities to pay with cash or check in the Landing during the first half of Refuel and those dates are March 1st and March 29th.

• NO CHECKOUTS allowed after 3:00 PM

• Students are allowed 5 parent notes PER semester. If your student is out of parent notes then any tardy or absence will be unexcused without a doctor's excuse. You can monitor your students attendance in PowerSchool as well.

Please be patient with us as we enter your attendance excuses. Due to the high volume of absences it can take up to 48 hours for the excuse to be entered.

Graduation Supplies-

Above you will find a senior flyer that contains a QR code or CLICK HERE to get to the JDR website where you can order a cap and gown and other senior supplies.

Important Dates

April 26th- Senior Day! Cost is $100 and this is OPTIONAL! You will only need to pay this if your senior wants to participate. The fee covers a t-shirt, Chick Fil A breakfast, lunch at Dave and Buster's, and a $20 card to play at Dave and Buster's. The deadline to pay the Senior day fee is December 1st and can be paid online.

April 26th- We will have a senior meeting, which will be held in the gym at 2 pm. All seniors MUST attend the meeting, regardless of whether or not they participated in senior day activities.

May 14th, 6:00pm- Senior Awards Night, James Clemens Auditorium

May 20th- Graduation, VBCC, time-TBA

College and Scholarship Information

Please keep track of all offers of scholarships from all schools you have been accepted to for Mrs. Meskunas. She will need this information later on in March.

Competition Cheer Tryouts- March 27, 28, and 29 from 4-6pm in the cheer gym. Tryout packets are available in Coach Stockman's room, A205, and are due NO LATER than March 21st.
