Grandparents Week

Miller is celebrating Grandparents Week March 25th-March 28th. Grandparents are invited to come eat lunch with their grandchild any day that week. The Book Fair will also be open during lunch on Tuesday-Thursday. Grandparents can shop at the book fair with their child until it is time for them to return for class.

Can't come this week? That's ok because grandparents are ALWAYS welcome at Miller!

Miller Lunch Schedule

5th Grade Physicals

If your child will be participating in Pre-Athletics or tennis in middle school, they will be required to have a sports physical. The Community Health Center of Lubbock will be offering sports physicals for $25 at Evans on April 3rd from 8:00-4:00 and on April 10th 8:00-12:00.

Pre-K & Kinder Orientation--April 4th

If you have a child that is ready to be a Miller Owl, mark your calendars for Pre-K and Kindergarten Orientation on April 4th! Parents may choose to attend one session, and your future Miller Owl is invited to join you! Our teachers will have some fun activities planned for your child.

Morning Session: 8:30-9:30

Evening Session: 5:30-6:30

Is there a Miller teacher you or your student thinks goes above and beyond? If so, nominate them for Mrs. Baird’s “Teacher on the Rise” award. Each month an elementary, middle school, and high school teacher are selected as a "Teacher on The Rise". Winning teachers receive great prizes, and the students who nominate them will also receive a $50 Visa gift card. Parents, guardians, and students can nominate a teacher.
