Welcome!

Congratulations on beginning your academic career at William Jessup University!

My name is Kathryn Moga and I am your Career & Academic Planning Coach. I am able to assist you with filing petitions such as Adding or Dropping a class, setting up a Leave of Absence, or declaring a Change of Major. I can also point you toward the campus resources available for you to be successful in your academic pursuits. I'm also a good listener and have been through the experience of earning a Master's Degree while working and raising children.

I have registered you for classes based on your cohort and will do so each semester you are here at WJU. You can view your SU-20 schedule on the Student Portal. It is your responsibility to inform me of any plan to deviate from your cohort schedule before the start of each term.

On the upper left corner of the page, click the icon for "add a new client" and complete the form using your Jessup email address. You must create an account before you can book an appointment.

Textbooks

Regarding textbooks, please check your Jessup email for more information. You have been automatically enrolled in Textbook Butler which will deliver books straight to your door for each class. You do have the option to opt-out and order books on your own by clicking on this link. It is very important that you take action on emails sent from Tree of Life.

If you forget to opt out and find books delivered to your home, you can follow the directions in the package to return them within 7 days for a full refund, no shipping and handling fees.

FERPA Disclosure

If you intend to have your name listed at commencement, have your graduation verified by an employer, or desire to give someone (spouse, parent, employer, etc.) access to either your financial aid, billing statement, or academic information please complete and submit the FERPA form. You have options on there that will limit what information you choose certain people to access should they inquire. We DO NOT sell your information or share with anyone unless you have given us permission to share with that specific person.
