The MJT Weekly
March 15th, 2024
Dear MJT Families,
This week students were able to get outside and enjoy the warm weather and sunshine. Many classes participated in P.E. class outside this week, and will continue to do so as the nicer weather continues.
Lee Road Pick Up reminders:
- If your child is not able to buckle themselves, we ask that you please stay in the car and pull up after they get in. You can then pull over before exiting the driveway to buckle them. This helps to ensure that our line moves quickly and efficiently. If a relative is picking up your child, please kindly pass this reminder along to them. We appreciate your cooperation with this!
Tardiness:
- It is extremely important that students arrive to school on time daily. Excessive tardiness greatly impacts your child's day and can cause disruption to their classroom. Students are marked tardy if they arrive after 9:00. All students can receive free breakfast (and lunch) this year, so we don't want to see them miss out. Shortly, letters of excessive tardiness will be sent out to families following a similar format to our attendance letters. We do understand that at times students can struggle in the mornings, so please be sure to reach out to a member of our counseling team for support if needed.
