Our next upcoming event is targeted to our incoming 4K families. We will have a pre-registration activity on Tuesday, March 19th for all prospective 4K families. Please spread the word and join us for an informational evening.

A Passport to Learning...and Fun!
Middle school teachers collaborated to improve our Parent Connection Night experience for our students and families. Our middle school students and their parents signed to receive a passport and then took their time visiting various tables and teachers to complete activities that included trivia, charades, playing makeshift instruments, making bracelets, and much more in order to earn a stamp on their passport. Student work was on display around the junior high gym for all to see and enjoy. Please enjoy some pictures below of the event.
4K Pre-Registration Sessions...March 19th
We would like to invite all prospective 4K families to attend our first opportunity to register for the 2024-25 school year. Our current 4K teaching staff will be providing an overview of our 4K program including some tips to help parents prepare their 4 year olds for early success. Please consider attending one of our scheduled sessions on Tuesday, March 19, 2024. The sessions are scheduled at 4:00PM and 4:45PM. If you are interested in attending, please RSVP by calling our Elementary Office at 262-537-2211 ext. 203.
Attendance Update - From the Deans (Mr. Adamek and Mrs. Sproul)
Attendance plays a crucial role in the educational experience at Randall, as it directly correlates with students' academic performance and engagement in the learning process. For the first two weeks of March, Randall recorded an attendance rate of 94.3% of the students present at school. This level of attendance demonstrates a strong commitment from both students and their families toward education. Maintaining and improving this percentage is a priority for the school administration, as high attendance rates often leads to better understanding of the material and increased chances of academic success. Randall continues to encourage and support its students in making school attendance a top priority, as it is a fundamental building block for future success.
Congratulations to Mrs. Diedrich and Mrs. Welsh's classrooms for achieving perfect attendance! Limbo parties were enjoyed by both classrooms!
Parent Partnership Evening #2 - March 19th
Based on feedback from our families, we are happy to offer the second in a series of Parent Partnership Evenings on Tuesday, March 19 from 6:00 - 7:00PM. It is our goal to help strengthen the partnership between Randall and our families so we can best support our students/your children. Mr. Rivard, Mr. Adamek, and Mrs. Sproul will facilitate discussions and share strategies about student behavior procedures to help support our families. Those interested in attending should complete this Sign Up Form. We look forward to working with you!

How do I know if my child is too sick for school?
Below are guidelines to help you determine when your child should stay home from school to help reduce the spread of common illnesses. As always if your student is staying home please notify the Randall Attendance office at attendance@randall.k12.wi.us as soon as possible. If your student is out longer than 3 days it is recommended that you provide the school with a doctor’s note.
Fever:
For fevers greater than 100°F, students may return to school when fever free for 24 hours WITHOUT the use of fever reducing medication. (Tylenol, Ibuprofen, or cold medication containing a fever reducing agent)
Vomiting/Diarrhea:
Any unexplained episode of vomiting or multiple instances of loose watery stools/diarrhea in 24 hours. May return to school 24 hours after the last episode.
Respiratory Illnesses (RSV, Influenza, COVID-19):
Stay home and away from others until you have been fever free for 24 hours AND your symptoms have been improving.
The CDC recommends taking added precautions for the following 5 days.
If you have any questions please reach out to me at soneil@randall.k12.wi.us or 262-537-2211 ext. 208

Celebrate and Recognize Randall Staff Members!
Is there a staff member that does an amazing job for your student(s) OR someone that you believe goes above and beyond and deserves to be told that?!?
Randall is asking our parents and caregivers to share who and why they would like to recognize. Between now and spring break we will be selecting one staff member to be recognized publicly from your input each week, but we need your help!
All staff members that are recognized will receive the WHY. Thank you for taking the time to share! Randall's staff appreciates hearing from our community!
