What's Happening Next Week:
Next week are Check Ins. Students will take their final monitoring assessment. Students can practice their math and reading on IXL and I-Ready. Teachers have assigned actives in those systems that will help students gain proficiency in those areas.

First Home Game
This was the first game of the season.
PBIS Event
Students who were well behaved could get out of class early and support our CMS Wildcat baseball team.
LCD Doddle Tablet
Our 6th grade students were designing images on LCD Tablets
UNC medical students came out and held auditory exams for our students
Brainflake Flowers
David is showing off a flower he made with Brainflakes during SEL time.

A playground for children
Uriah and Keydon built a design for a playground for students at the elementary school.
A STEM and CTE Outdoor Event
ECSU STEM Bus
On Thursday ECSU shared with TCS students their "Be Proud" bus for CTE careers.
Engaging in Fun
While on the bus, students got to play games and learn about the different careers in CTE and STEM.
Drones
Students could fly drones over the cafeteria and learn maneuvers.

🗓 Coming Up!
Baseball
Our next baseball game will be on Monday at 4pm here at the CHS baseball field. Concessions will be served. Please come out and support our students.
8th Grade Night on March 26th in the Cafeteria at 5:30
Parents and students will receive important information to prepare them for the transition to high school and early college. Some topics will be CTE courses, graduation requirements, drivers license, and athletic requirements.
