MMS Drama Club Presents:
The MMS Drama Club will present Into the Woods JR. on May 17th, 18th, and 19th! With a book by James Lapine and music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, Into the Woods JR. is based on a Broadway production that won several Tony Awards, including Best Score, Best Book, and Best Actress in a Musical. The musical follows a Baker and his Wife who learn they've been cursed with childlessness by the Witch next door. The couple embarks on a quest – swindling, deceiving, and stealing from such already-victimized characters as Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Rapunzel, and Jack (fresh off the beanstalk!) – to get the special objects required to break the spell.
Tickets will be $9 at the door for adults, and $7 for students and seniors. For more information on the show please email Christiandaigle@rsu57.org
From Nurse Dorr's Office
Dear Parent/Guardian,
I hope this email finds you well. As we approach the upcoming spring break, I wanted to take a moment to remind you about the importance of prevention to ensure a healthy and enjoyable vacation for you and your family.
With the recent increase in reports of conjunctivitis and strep throat in our school community, I kindly ask that you take extra precautions during your travels to prevent the spread of illness. Encouraging frequent handwashing, avoiding close contact with individuals showing symptoms, and practicing good hygiene are simple yet effective ways to protect yourselves.
Your health and well-being are of utmost importance to us. If you have any concerns or questions regarding staying healthy during the break, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Be safe, stay healthy, and enjoy your time off.
Warm regards,
Jen Dorr, BSN, RN
MMS School Nurse
