State Testing
Our annual state testing dates are April 22-25th. We will be testing from 8:45 to approximately 10:30. Please make sure you child arrives to school on time, rested and ready to test. Also, they should bring their chrome book fully charged for the testing. If possible, please try not to make appointments for your child on those mornings. If needed they will be scheduled for a makeup testing day.
Students on a Current Transfer
Dear Parent/Guardian,
If your child is currently on a transfer, we remind you to complete their enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year in Wengage/Sylogist by May 15th. This will ensure that your student's transfer is automatically rolled up for the upcoming school year. Please note that failing to complete the enrollment by the May 15th deadline will require your student to reapply for a transfer and this transfer application is not guaranteed. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at jjordan@collinsville.k12.ok.
Enrollment Support
Student Physicals and Vaccinations
If your student will be a 7th or 8th grade athlete or will participate in the high school marching band, they will need to have a physical on file with the athletic department.
If you will have a 7th grade student, they will need to be current on their vaccinations (Tdap) before picking up their 7th grade schedule in August.
See the following flyers for upcoming clinics.

Message from CNP
As we are through the second semester, CNP would like to ask you to check your child's lunch balance. Students tend to get to a lower balance or have spent all their money as the school year moves forward. You can check your child's balance on the Parent Portal. The link has also been included below!
Daily Drop Off & Pick Up Procedures
Please do not drop off your child or allow them to be on campus before 8:30 each day.
Walnut Street is reserved for buses 20 minutes before and after school.
Use Maple Street from 17th to turn left into the North gate.
Exit through the south gate and turn right onto Walnut Street.
Please do not come in from 19th Street as it blocks traffic.
Students who arrive after 8:45 a.m. must enter through the south doors/main entrance and get an admit from the office before reporting to class.
