I read a great little story over this Easter Break by Mitch Albom called "The Time Keeper." Albom is also the author of "Tuesdays with Morrie" and "The Five People You Meet in Heaven", two other must reads if you're looking for a great story with an even greater message. In a nutshell, "The Time Keeper" tells the story of "Father Time" and how he must redeem himself by teaching two individuals on earth the true meaning of time. Seniors, it made me think of you guys and where you are in your lives right now. You want time to speed up to get to graduation day and beyond, but it won't be long you'll be hoping that time can slow down because life is passing far too quickly. The true message is to take advantage of the time you've been given because it is one of the most valuable things we possess in our lives. Please enjoy the time you have together this last month and then cherish every second you have going forward. It truly does go fast!
