Upcoming WMS GameVerse Website
Be on the lookout for the upcoming WMS GameVerse website. This website will allow you to play games built by WMS Coding students. The games you play and the ratings you leave will help determine the winners for the upcoming WMS Coding class competition.
WMS Archery Tryouts

Current 4th & 5th Graders! If you are interested in trying out for the Washington Middle School Archery team for the 2024-2025 school year, you must complete the following Google Form one day prior to your tryout date.

Cheer Tryouts

Current 6th and 7th Graders! If you are interested in trying out for the Barton Junior High Cheerleading squad for the 2024-2025 school year, you must complete the following Google Form no later than March 15th. Students who do not complete the form by March 15th are not eligible to try out for cheer for next season.

**The Cheer Tryout Google Classroom will open on March 1st. You must have the Google Form completed to be added to the classroom.**
Tryout paperwork can be picked up in the main office at WMS and BJH.

Sports Physicals
The Arkansas Activities Association states that any student who wishes to participate in any sport-sponsored team or squad must have a current physical each year. The Wildcat Wellness Center located on the WMS campus will offer sports physical for $15.00. No insurance claim will be filed for a sports physical. The provider will not write any prescriptions, update immunizations or treat any specific medical problems. This will strictly be a screening physical to participate in sports.
The Wellness Center staff will be on your student's campus on the dates listed below. They must have a signed consent form and $15 (cash or check made out to Cabun Rural Health Services) before the sports physical will be administered. WMS-March 26, 2024, BJHS-May 10,2024, and EHS-May 17th,2024.
Please call (870) 639-3875 to set up an appointment if you cannot attend the mass clinic date.
