I am a 2022 graduate of the Cyber Innovation Academy at RC3. I joined the US Marines and graduated boot camp on February 2nd in Paris Island, SC. In the next couple weeks, I will be going to Camp Geiger, NC to train in logistics. I am grateful for the opportunity I had to participate in the HHS JROTC, which physically prepare for boot camp. Wash hands often, especially after coughing, sneezing and wiping or blowing nose.
Cover mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing
Use paper tissues when wiping or blowing the nose: throw tissues away after each use.
Stay away from crowded living and sleeping spaces, if possible
Keep hands away from eyes, nose and mouth.
A sick child is advised to stay at home during the first days of illness when symptoms are most severe and the infection is contagious. He/She can return to school when his/her temperature has been less than 100 degrees for 24 hours without the help of any medication to help him/her be fever free.
