Basic Form Covers:

  • SFP Perils
  • EC Perils
  • VMM
  • Sprinkler Leakage
  • Sink Hole Collapse
  • Volcanic eruiption (airborne damage only)
  • Glass (not breakage caused by vandalism)

Broad Form Covers all basic form coverages plus:

  • Breakage of glass by vandalism ($100 per plate/ $500 per occurence)
  • Falling Objects
  • Weight of Snow, Ice, Sleet
  • Water Damage

Special Form

Provides open Peril coverage for physical loss except for those things specifically excluded or limited.

Earthquake Form covers:

  • all shocks or eruptions that occur within a 168 hour period constitute a single occurence
  • volcanic eruption (landborne damage) explosion or effusion
