Principal's Message
Meadow View Families,
March is right around the corner...have you ordered a yearbook yet? If not, you can log into Family Access and reserve a copy today!
Also during the month of March, we are inviting students to “march” with friends at recess. Students will walk, led by myself or other staff members. The purpose of “March with Meadow View” is twofold. First, it is a healthy exercise activity while spending time with friends. Secondly, it keeps students engaged on the blacktop while we have our spring thaw (which has started rather early this year). Students collect little plastic feet for their participation. We plan to start next week and I hope your child will enjoy “Marching with Meadow View.”

Hocus Focus!
March 15, 7:00 pm - Hocus Focus: A Sensory Friendly Performance with Kevin Spencer, PhD at the OAC. This interactive learning experience is engaging, highly motivating, and provides opportunities for students to participate in meaningful activities that support learning. As an artist, educator, speaker, and researcher, he now works to create communities where everyone experiences an authentic sense of belonging and no one – for any reason – is relegated to the margins. His work focuses on using the art of magic to impact change in the lives of children and adults with autism, developmental disabilities, intellectual challenges, emotional disturbance, and those who have experienced trauma.Tickets $5 each, available online, over the phone, and in person at the OAC box office. www.TheOAC.net info@TheOAC.net 262-560-3172

Parent Request to Move or Refund Credit Balances
- All credit balances can be moved over to a families food service account, this is our preferred use of credit balances but we understand sometimes this just doesn't make the most sense.
- Credit balances on student fee accounts will only be refunded if over $15.00 and all other fees are paid in full. If your family food service account is in a negative balance, funds will be moved to cover this overage prior to any refunds.
- Credit balances can be moved to sibling accounts to pay for outstanding fees.
- Credit balances cannot be moved to pay for web store items.
- Refunds will be processed within 1-2 weeks of submission.

New Process For Entering School During the Day
We’re taking some additional steps to ensure the security of our front entrance during the school day. Everyone who comes to our front entrance during school hours will be asked to do the following:
Push the buzzer to call the main office
Be prepared to identify themselves and their reason for visiting
Enter the main office once the doors have been unlocked
If you’re visiting school during the day or picking your child up early, please contact the main office before you arrive to let us know. It will speed up this new process if we know when to expect you.
Thank you for helping to keep our school safe!
