Fourth Grade
Weekly News!
This is a friendly reminder that MCAP testing will begin on Monday, April 29th, and run for approximately two weeks. We encourage all students to be in their classrooms by 7:55 a.m. each testing day.
Prompt arrival is crucial to ensure a smooth testing experience for all students. Students who arrive late will not be able to take the test with their class and may need to be scheduled for a make-up session later in the day.
To optimize test performance, we recommend ensuring your child gets a good night's sleep and eats a healthy breakfast on testing days.
As students have spent some time this week practicing for the MCAP assessment which kicks off next Monday, we highly recommend that students have a wireless mouse or one with a USB connection to use during testing. There is a lot of maneuvering around the platform and a mouse will make the work more efficient for scholars than the trackpad. This is not mandatory but highly recommended.
Thank you for your cooperation in supporting your child's success during MCAP testing.
