LCMS Weekly Newsletter
Friday, April 12, 2024
Dear Lubbock-Cooper Middle School Families,
We hope this message finds you well and that you're enjoying a fantastic week! We wanted to take a moment to share some highlights from our recent activities at LCMS. Firstly, we'd like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to everyone who joined us on Monday for the incredible experience of witnessing the Solar Eclipse as a whole school. It was truly awe-inspiring, and we're thrilled that our students had the opportunity to witness such a remarkable event together.
We're also excited to report that the STAAR RLA testing this week was a resounding success! Our students showed exceptional dedication and focus, and we're proud of their hard work and achievements. As we look ahead, we want to remind 8th-grade parents and students that Tuesday, April 16th will be the 8th Grade Science STAAR test, followed by the 8th Grade Social Studies STAAR test on Thursday, April 18th.
Please take a moment to complete our parent survey that has been sent to your email from the district office. Your insights help us improve our services and better support your child's learning journey. Thank you for your participation. Have a great weekend!
