This year we are doing more community outreach also. We’ll be reaching out to local businesses in the area and posting garage sale flyers advertising the event. Donate your Vintage Spiritwear! Read below!
Clean out your closets and donate your old spiritwear for GARAGE SALE!
Have you been cleaning out your closets and have no idea what to do with the huge amount of Hebron Band spirit wear you have from previous years?
We would love to take it off your hands (and out of your closets) and show it off again! Spirit wear is announcing the opening of Vintage Spirit Store at the Garage Sale on April 13th. Please consider donating any and all gently used spirit wear in order to stock our store!
Contact Jessica Kilgore at spiritwear@hebronband.org to coordinate drop off/pickup. Thank you!
HEBRON BAND GOLF TOURNAMENT-we need YOU! Please read!
The Hebron Band Golf Tournament is coming up on May 31st. This is our biggest fundraiser of the spring with the potential to bring in more money than mattresses, butter braids and mulch combined! However, it will not be successful without your help.
Please reach out and invite golfers to sign-up with their friends. This is VERY important for the day to be successful!
We are looking for Sponsors and Silent Auction Donations. See the attached Sponsor information package and the NEW Silent Auction Donation Request Form links. below.
Go to volunteer central and sign-up to help!

"WHY ARE WE DOING SO MUCH FUNDRAISING? I AM TIRED OF SELLING THINGS AND WORKING FUNDRAISING EVENTS!!!"
Did you know that 35% of our operating budget comes from fundraising? That is $350,000!! We raise money through sponsorships, spirit nights, fundraising events like the Golf Tournament and Garage Sale, and through sales (poinsettias, mattresses, butter braids, and cookie dough, etc.). These fundraising activities help to offset operating costs of our elite band program. If we remove fundraising income, band fees would increase by $1,000 per student.
We have made very good progress with fundraising this year. Our spring goal is $100,000 because we need to meet our operating budget AND start saving money for much needed trailer updates and repairs. Getting our equipment and props to our contests is a MUST!!!
Thank you for your continued support and effort.
Photos of your students can be found in the members only section of the Hebron band Website. Click on the link below and enter the PW.
