BRHS Families,
The third quarter is winding down, spring sports are under way, and we are planning for senior Capstone and graduation for the Class of 2024. Our DECA students have performed well at States, the debate team is qualifying many of its members for national tournaments. Spring concerts and performances are coming soon, and Prom (May 3) is right around the corner.
Seniors, be sure to check the ‘Class of 2024’ link on the BRHS web site for anything and everything concerning graduation and beyond. You should sign up for a yard sign, project graduation party and review graduation requirements.
Underclassman students and parents, we are working through the second phase of course selections for next year. Please check Parent/Student Vue for updated "course requests" and make sure they are 100% correct. Asking for a change in the fall may be a frustrating process. We spend significant time and effort to make careful and meaningful selections in the spring.
I hope to see everyone at a concert, sporting event or other activity soon.

Foreign Language Week and Exchange Programs Begin the Spring Season
The World Languages and Cultures Department celebrated Foreign Language Week. Each language took a different day, and we celebrated by having special announcements, music and foods representative of the culture, and prizes like pencils, stickers, and bookmarks.
In addition, BRHS students are hosting French students from Lille, Marseille, Soissons and Lyon, France this year. We will have five high school groups visiting BRHS in March, April and May 2024.
