Everything is on sale!!! This quarter, some of our middle school students are operating a school store. They are learning how to take inventory, markup items for profit, and manage the ins and outs of a business. The school store will be open every Wednesday during their elective class time. Items cost anywhere from 25 cents to $10. Please encourage your children to visit the school store! Kindly send in an envelope with money, marked with your child’s name and “School Store” so the middle schoolers know who to expect this week.
As we approach the end of the quarter (tomorrow) please remember to keep your logged volunteer hours up to date! You should have about 19 hours by this point to be on track for your 25 hour requirement (for Service Scholarship families).
Report cards for grades 1-8 will be posted on the portal on Thursday. To access them, sign in to your Plus Portals account https://www.plusportals.com/FatherAndrewWhiteSchool. Once logged in, click on “E- Locker” on the top toolbar. Then click on “E-Portfolio.” You should find your child's 2023 - 2024 Third Quarter Report Card in the list. Our RaiseRight Gift Card Program year is coming to an end on March 31st. There is still time for you to grab gift cards for your everyday purchases, gifts for Easter baskets, Mother’s Day, etc. There are all kinds of things coming up that you can be well prepared for with gift cards! Gift cards can be purchased as e-gift cards which you receive instantly or physical gift cards, some of which are reloadable via the App or online.
Thank you so much to all the families and friends that have participated thus far this year. Not only is the school earning money back but we have multiple families earning back rebates that will offset their tuition for next year! How can you check to see if you earned extra rebates? Remember that the first $50 in rebates goes to our school. Everything raised thereafter gets a 75/25 split. To clarify, 75% goes towards your child's tuition (or the 8th grade trip if you prefer) for next year and 25% goes back to FAW. This year the Catholic schools are participating in relay races on May 18, 2024 at St. Mary's Ryken. Parents of students in grades PK - 8 have been notified if their child has qualified from the trials completed during PE class. To help prepare, those selected students will participate in practice sessions after school. VIRTUS cleared parent volunteers are needed. Please see the opportunity in the volunteer section below.

Relay Race Volunteers Needed
This year the Catholic schools are participating in relay races on May 18, 2024 at St. Mary's Ryken. VIRTUS cleared parent volunteers are needed to assist during the training sessions (Tuesday/Thursday from 2:30 - 4pm). Additional volunteers are needed on the day of the event.
