Pre-K & Kindergarten
(CURRENT PRE-K STUDENTS DO NOT NEED TO RE-ENROLL IN KINDERGARTEN)
Registration for School Year 2024-2025
Registration is March 4th through May 3rd
Pre-K students must be 4 by July 31st, 2024
Kindergarten students must be 5 by July 31st, 2024
Requirements for Complete Registration Packet:
o Registration Form & Housing Questionnaire
o Permission to Release School Records Form
o Immunization Record
o Birth Certificate
o Tribal Enrollment & ED-506 Form (if applicable)
****If you do not live within the St. John School District #3, you must have an approved Tuition Waiver on file.****
Pre-K enrollment is limited to 20 students max. First 20 completed applications received will be accepted.
