This is your opportunity to showcase your family's culture and heritage in a way that is meaningful to YOU, whether it is an interactive display, food samples, live performance, or sharing photos.

Join us at 5:15pm for our final PTA General Membership Meeting of the school year. We will be voting to approve the Bylaws Ammendments and then following the meeting, Cultural Kaleidoscope will kick off!

Showcase your culture/heritage with:

• Displaying a booth including any artifacts, photos, etc. that showcase your culture or heritage
• Sharing samples of food that represent your culture or heritage at a booth
• Perform music, dance, or demonstration unique to your culture or heritage during the event
• Share family photos of events or places significant to your culture or heritage in our slideshow

We would love to see and learn about the different heritages that make up the BCE Family and hosting a booth is a perfect way to do that. It can be as simple or elaborate as you choose. Some ideas include famous arts/crafts, story telling, traditional attire, famous people , flags and of course food. Don't want to host a booth on your own? No problem - just send us an email and we will figure it out with you. Want to host one on your own? That's perfect too. Took a cool family trip or want to represent another culture? Reach out to us and we will help you get started .Ready to dive in?

• Please complete this form if you plan to bring food to include in your booth for our BCE Cultural Kaleidoscope Night.
• BCE Families can bring food samplings for event attendees to enjoy as long as the food has been purchased from a licensed kitchen (ex: store bought, pre-packaged) due to AISD event guidelines.
• Please sign the food waiver included in the form and provide details for the food you plan to bring.
• BCE PTA wants this event to be equitable and fun for all to participate, without burden of out of pocket expense, so PTA is able to partially reimburse for out of pocket cost related to providing food samples at the event. Details will be added here, so check back here soon!
