This past week, students dove into our conservation and sustainability unit by exploring the incredible world of bees using Minecraft! 🎮🍯 They simulated bee pollination and honey production, and students were really excited about collecting honey in the game. 🌍🌺 Learning through play has never been more engaging! 📚🌟 April is here, and it's time to celebrate! Did you know that April is Love Your School Library Month? Here at SHMS, we're gearing up for a month-long celebration of our beloved school library!
Our school library isn't just a room filled with books; it's a hub of learning, discovery, and imagination. It's a place where students explore new worlds, dive into research projects, and find inspiration on every shelf.
To kick off our celebration, we're inviting all students, teachers, parents, and members of the community to join us in showing some love for our library. We've created a Padlet where you can share your thoughts, memories, and ideas about why you love the SHMS school library and our amazing librarian.
