District Chorus
On Friday March 8th we had 4 5th grade students participate in PMEA (Pennsylvania Music Educators Association) District 12 Elementary Chorus Festival. Students Callen Boyer, Kaliya Creekmur, Isabella Kravec and Bryn Macey represented East Fallowfield with pride, exemplary behavior, and a great performance. These students worked hard to learn 6 songs before attending the festival. They joined about 100 other students from 27 other schools in Delaware and Chester Counties to form one large chorus. They rehearsed together and concluded their day with a concert for their families. The concert was amazing! We are Big East proud of these students for their hard work and dedication to music.
2nd Grade Field Trip to Longwood Gardens
Last week our 2nd grade students visited Longwood Gardens for their grade level field trip. The weather was perfect and our students, teachers, and chaperones had a great time!
PTO Movie Night
On Thursday night, our PTO sponsored a Family Movie Night. We had such a nice turnout and appreciate everyone who came out to support this event. Thank you to our PTO for providing popcorn to all of our movie-goers and for running our Scholastic Book Fair. The best part is that every family that attended will receive a free copy of Ferdinand the Bull!
Kindergarten Carnival
Last week we welcomed our incoming kindergarten students to the Coatesville Area School District. The Kindergarten Carnival took place at Rainbow Elementary School and it was a fun-filled evening. It was so wonderful to meet our newest students and their families. A special shout out goes to our dynamic duo, Ms. Kriston and Ms. McBall for their preparation for the evening and a special thank you to our amazing PTO for running a fun and engaging table for our incoming families.
PBIS Winners
Congratulations to our weekly PBIS winners. The students pictured below turned in their Class Dojo points for an extra recess with friends! Congratulations to all of our winners! Keep SOARing!
