To show our support for all those participating in the Jig Jog 5K Run, we would like to invite you to join us in cheering on the participants as they pass by Webster School. We will be encouraging the runners to "go the distance" with music, dancing, singing, and/or cheering on the North Playground of Webster. We will gather at 9:30a.m. on Saturday, March 16th, so that we are ready for them to run past. We hope that you will join us in cheering on all the people who are participating in support of our schools! Please feel free to reach out to Mrs. Roberts, robertsm@mywusd.org, with any questions.
Let's celebrate World Down Syndrome Awareness day!
Help Webster Elementary celebrate World Down Syndrome Day on March 21st by wearing your brightest or mixed matched socks to school on Thursday March 21st. The idea is to start a conversation, so when people ask you about your socks you can tell them, “I’m wearing them to raise awareness of Down syndrome”.
And then you can tell them everything you want them to know about Down syndrome.
We can't wait to see everyone's fun mixed matched socks on March 21st!
