IT IS ALMOST THANKSGIVING!!!!
WOW!!! We have a TON going on for the next weeks leading up to Christmas!!! Please take care of yourselves, remember to be flexible, have fun, and enjoy the special time leading up to the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays! I love this time of year, but I feel like I get sooooo busy, I forget to take it all in!! I hope we all can take time to breathe, and enjoy the season.
Here are some important things coming up:
Thanksgiving LUNCH is THURSDAY...lunch may be backed up as we have invited parents for this event. Please be patient!
Veterans Day assembly is FRIDAY....check emails for details
Insurance Enrollment is next MONDAY
FACULTY FOLLIES IS NEXT FRIDAY....email Dan your plan so he can make a schedule. Keep the acts down to three minutes or less.
The district is sending the middle school principals to a workshop next week. I will be out of the building through Wednesday. If you are going to be absent, call KIM!! I will be in a different time zone.....don't mess with my sleep!! HA! However, if you have a need, I will be available through email or phone.
We will begin our 12 days of Christmas all month long!!! Stay tuned for details!! Also, on December 22, from 5:30-8:00 pm, Casey and I will host a Christmas social. You and an adult guest are invited to our home. We will serve appetizers and enjoy time together. I hope you will be able to make this event.
If you want ticket to the district basketball finals game, give the money to Kelley. She will purchase those for us all on Friday. If you purchase one, Dr. Powell is giving you a week long jeans pass for the following week. If you earn the pass you may wear jeans all week. If not, you will need to be in professional dress....someone make sure VINCE knows this.
Have a great week....
Diane
