We have had another great week of learning. Thank you to everyone who participated in our Read Across America Spirit Week! Our kids have begun our March Madness Book Tournament and had a chance to listen to many guest readers this past week.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION/SAVE THE DATE

Family Life Education is scheduled for all 4th and 5th grade students on Monday, April 15th. Please find the OPT-OUT letter along with information regarding the upcoming FLE lessons in your child's backpack this week. If you have questions, please reach out!
4th and 5th grade students will be taking the fitness test over the next few weeks in PE. Please make sure your child wears comfortable clothes and tennis shoes on their PE days. The fitness test includes the Pacer, Trunk Lift, Sit & Reach, Curl Up and Push Up Test. Thanks for your help!
SAVE THE DATE! Let's "Go Nutz for Reading" with the Richmond Flying Squirrels! During the months of February and March, RES students will have the opportunity to complete a special bookmark and earn a FREE ticket to the Flying Squirrels baseball game on Wednesday, May 29th! All they have to do is READ! **Use this link to purchase tickets for other family members early - and help raise funds for our school! *Detailed information will be coming home with your child next week.
SAVE THE DATE! Our school-wide "Night at the Museum" event will be April 23rd - more info to come!
