Middle School Band Concert
Fifth grade students were treated to a brief band presentation by the middle school band. They got to listen to each instrument being played individually and then had a chance to ask questions about each instrument. Several fifth graders even got to conduct the band as they played.
1st Grade Fairy-tale Ball
Our 1st graders got the opportunity to dress up as a character from their favorite fairy tale as a fun way to reinforce their learning about fairy tales. The students were able to parade through the school and end up in the cafeteria where they participated in several activities.
Science Mill - Eclipse Presentation
Our 3rd-5th graders were lucky to be involved in a very interactive presentation about eclipses. This is obviously a relative concept for our students since we will shortly be experiencing a total eclipse in April. Thank you, Mrs. Hoff for organizing this great opportunity.

STEM Wish List
Dear Parents,
As we have entered another exciting round of STEM rotations, we're reaching out to you for a little help! Our STEM materials are an essential part of hands-on learning experiences, and to keep our activities fresh and engaging, we're updating our inventory with some new and replacement items.
We've curated an Amazon Wish List with a range of supplies that will enrich our students' exploration of science, technology, engineering, art, and math. On the list, you will find replacement parts for items we already have and some new items that we think will be fun and engaging for our students.
Your support in providing these resources will make a significant difference in our students' learning journey, ensuring they have the tools they need to thrive in STEM education.

Thank you for your ongoing support in cultivating a passion for STEM in our students! If you have any questions, you can contact me at kristina.huskerson@blancoisd.org.
