For students who have an educational plan or goal related to fields in agriculture or natural resources, this is a chance to earn a $1000 scholarship. Newton is considered to be a part of the Houston market (you'll need to know this when you fill it out). As with most applications, you'll need two letters of recommendation to accompany your application.
