Titan Updates
Thomas Titans Science Olympiad Team
Congratulations to The Thomas Titans Science Olympiad Team.They competed in the Midstate Regional Tournament at LeMoyne College. The Team came in 9th place overall out of 52 teams. The team is coached by Mrs. Visca, Mr. Schenk, Mr. Schug & Mrs. Anne
Medals went to the following students for individual events :

7th Place in Experimental Design - Ananya, Forest & Shalin
7th Place in Scrambler- Jenna & Taya
7th Place in Disease Detectives - Marin & Caroline
5th Place in Astronomy - Jenna & Ellie
4th Place in Engineering/CAD - Phil & Kyle
4th Place in Microbe Mission - Marin & Ananya
3rd Place in Geo Mapping - Jocelin & Rajbir
3rd Place in Wind Power - Kyle & Ethan
1st Place in Chemistry lab - Ellie & Forest

Attention all Spring Driver Ed students!
An important email was sent on Monday to the email address that is on your Driver Ed registration. It could be yours, it could be your parents.
Please read it! If you don't, you may miss your first lecture or driving lesson.
Driver Ed begins on Wednesday, April 10 with a lecture at 7:30 pm at Thomas.

If you took the PreACT on March 16, you may pick up your scores in the counseling center during your lunch or study hall block.
Unified Basketball
If you’re looking for something fun to do this spring, consider joining the Unified basketball team. We are looking for partners and athletes for this season (April - May).
Unified Basketball is a Section V sport that brings together students with disabilities and students without disabilities to play basketball.

We are looking to donate jars of peanut butter for families in need in the Webster community. We also are donating used shoes to help the Kamp Kiwanis fundraising efforts. If you would like to make a positive impact on your community, donate a jar or 2 of peanut butter or your used shoes by placing them in the donation box outside of the main office.

Boys Lacrosse
The Titans lost their opener to Irondequoit Tuesday evening 12-9. Jagger A had 1 goal and 2 assists (1g-2a), Nicolas A a goal and 1 assist (1g-1a), Jonah Jobson 2 goals and 1 assist. Brett M 2 goals 1 assist. Jake P added 1 goal. Brandon T had 2 goals. In Goal Joshua J made 8 saves in 48 minutes played.
Girls Lacrosse
The girls lost a tough one to Rush Henrietta Wednesday night. Goalie Meghan S recorded her 200th Career save in the loss. The Titans will next play South Jefferson (Section 3) Saturday April 6th.
Girls Flag Football
Thomas 38, Schroeder 0 - Senior Catherine Rogers led the Titans with 4 total touchdowns. She scored 1 rushing TD, 1 passing TD, and picked off 2 passes that she returned for TD's. Rogers also led the Titan D with 5 flag pulls. Sophomores Olivia Smith and Olivia Bommelje each scored TD's for the Titans and Junior Juliana Moses scored a TD late to close out the game. The Titan's D had 6 total interceptions in the game. The Titans are 1-0 on the season and will travel to Hilton on Wednesday to take on the Cadets.
Thomas 51, Hilton 13 - Catherine R led the Titans with 4 total touchdowns. She ran for 3 and threw a 4th to Olivia Z. Kylie G also contributed 2 rushing touchdowns. Kaniah J returned an interception for a touchdown, while Oliva B led the defense with 5 flag pulls. The Titans are 2-0 on the season and will play home against Greece Arcadia on 4/13
Softball
The varsity softball team won their first game of the season by a score of 18-7 against Rush-Henrietta. Olivia went 2 for 3 with a sacrifice bunt and a walk. Sophomore Olivia C went 2 for 4 hitting her first varsity home run. The Titans play Wednesday at 5:00 pm against Churchville.
Thomas defeated Churchville-Chili Wednesday by a score of 10-2. Senior pitcher Maddie H had 10 strikeouts. Ella M went 2 for 3 with a walk. Julia M went 2 for 4 with a run scored. Emily F went 3 for 3 with a walk and run scored. The Titans play Churchville again next Wednesday at 5 pm on Linda McCoy Field.
Boys Tennis
Titans Tennis opened the season with a match vs perennial powerhouse Brighton. The team lost the match 7-0 but were able to win a few sets on the day. William L and Camren O at first doubles went 2-6 and 3-6. Evan G at first singles managed to get 2 games, 0-6, 2-6. And in their first ever tennis match, Peyton H and Nick G went 3-6 and 1-6 at third doubles.
