Trenton High Artist Earns Spot in Gallery
THS artist Makaylee Loving signed her first major painting available for purchase in the upcoming Budding Youth Art show and sale. The show and sale will be held at the Creative Arts Center in Bonham Texas with opening reception Friday, April 5th from 4-6pm. The sale is sponsored by the Glaser Foundation and the Credit Union of Texas. This is our first THS artist to be accepted in a gallery show and sale. Makaylee's painting "The Pursuit of a Dream" depicts her journey combining advanced painting techniques and creative vision in pursuit of her career as an artist. This stunning depiction of the West exquisitely attributes the inspiration and drive we all strive to attain through the pursuits that fill our soul. "The Pursuit of a Dream" by Kaylee Loving 36x48 acrylic on canvas available to purchase $700.00. Purchases can be made at the Creative Arts Center in Bonham Tx through May 1st.
Congratulations Kaylee on this career achievement! We wish you all the best in the competition and sale.
Attendance / Grades
As we head into the final 9 weeks of the school year I can not express enough the importance of your child's attendance. With state testing and final grades just around the corner, student attendance is crucial to insuring student success.
