Honey Update

Due to STAAR testing, ALL students will eat in their classrooms and have SACK LUNCHES on the following days:

• Tuesday, April 16th (only 5th grade)
• Tuesday, April 23rd

3rd - 5th grade students will be testing and have lunch at alternate times, so please plan to send a lunchbox or have them eat sack lunch on these days. We will NOT be accepting lunch items for any students on these days -- thank you for understanding!

3rd-5th graders

• Make sure your student goes to bed early so they are well rested.
• Please be on time (7:30)! If are running late please notify the office.
• A snack will be provided for all testers, no outside snacks will be allowed (unless there is a dietary restriction).
• Be sure to send your student with a water bottle.
• Please leave cell phones and smart watches at home. If they are sent to school, they will be taken up.

This is a reminder to please call the school at 806-219-5900 the morning that your student is going to be absent. Please also remember to turn in doctor notes to the front office or email them to our attendance clerk, brooke.warren@lubbockisd.org
