A Message From Your Principal
Greetings, Eames Way Families!
Just like that, we've ended our final full week of April! We recognized Earth Day and had fun using recycles to build our own robots (please be sure to check the display of student work in the main hallway!) Our younger students also learned about our solar system in a planetarium enrichment on Tuesday! Thank you to our wonderful PTO for providing another fun learning opportunity for our students.
We had a wonderful time at Pizza Bingo Night on Wednesday and were thrilled to see so many families participate. Special thanks to the many students who helped me with jokes between bingo games in the first session! I definitely learned a few new jokes which I'll be adding to my repertoire!
On Friday we enjoyed High-Fives from our Marshfield First Responders AND members of the Marshfield High School Senior Class who spent the day at Eames Way completing community service projects! Senior students painted, power-washed, and raked the leaves out of our gardens and did a fantastic job. We were also thrilled to have our seniors join us for another Lunch Around the World presentation!
Special thanks to the Moeller and Hatoum Family for teaching us all about Lebanon and sharing music, singing, and the beautiful Arabic language with us! The Moeller children did a fantastic job in assisting their grandparents with the presentation and we are so grateful to their family for visiting Eames Way and sharing their culture!
Read on to see more of this week's adventures and be sure to check May's Calendar of Events! Have a great weekend, Eames Way Families!
With Best Wishes,
Ms. Bishop, Principal
